Romit SpA, in the performance of its business activities and within its organisation, intends to promote a corporate culture characterised by correct behaviour and good governance; for this reason, it recognises the importance of having an internal procedure governing the reporting of unlawful conduct and, in order to comply with the provisions of Decree no. 24/2023, has decided to adopt this Whistleblowing Procedure.
For this reason Romit has set up an internal reporting channel aimed at preventing and fighting illegal behaviour, in accordance with Decree no.24/2023.
For sending and managing reports, Romit spa inmplements a dedicated virtual platform through which a report can be made in a confidential and safe way.
